pbmarkdup takes one or multiple sequencing chips of an amplified libray as HiFi reads and marks or removes duplicates.
Description
The pbmarkdup module parses results generated by pbmarkdup, and adds the % Unique Molecules and %Duplicate Reads (hidden) to the General Statistics table.
